What You'll Do
As a Junior Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with technical inquiries and ensuring they get the most out of our software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with basic troubleshooting and technical inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Learn and navigate our internal software tools and documentation.

Qualifications
