Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop support issues, including printer configuration, OS updates, and application installation.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all IT incidents and tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement and maintain IT security protocols.
- Conduct routine system health checks and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
