Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT incidents and resolutions within our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to maintain system security and perform routine network maintenance.
- Conduct basic software installations and updates across the organization.
- Attend daily training sessions and stand-ups to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
