Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve basic user issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate and learn from complex issues.
- Document technical procedures and user interactions in our knowledge base.
- Perform routine system checks to ensure network stability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
