Responsibilities
- Undergo and complete the company-sponsored technical training program to master troubleshooting methodologies.
- Respond to and resolve incoming IT support tickets via our helpdesk portal with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for employees.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and interactions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT team to identify process improvements and enhance user experience.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for a diverse client base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, web navigation) is required.
- A strong desire to learn and a passion for solving technical puzzles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required for on-site support tasks.
