Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support tickets and issues in our ticketing system.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master new software and support protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
