Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot common software issues and printer connectivity problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support requests in our ticketing system.
- Learn and apply new software tools and internal processes under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required (entry-level role).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
