Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone and email to internal staff.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new employee workstations.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.
- Update and maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and tickets.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software updates and security patches.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 Suite.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+ is a plus).
