Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and network equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and tickets within our ticketing system.
- Conduct routine hardware audits and inventory management to ensure asset accountability.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software updates and security patches.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their workstations are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
