Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 200+ employees including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS endpoints with MDM solutions
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including access management
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license (occasional site visits required)
