Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop workstations and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security patches
- Deliver exceptional user training and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office 365
- Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues
- Participate in IT projects including cloud migration initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
