Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Document IT processes using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with Active Directory user account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, TCP/IP, and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional site visits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms
