Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the network team to troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve access problems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT service management database.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
