Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements using stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams
- Support data validation and quality assurance activities through SQL and Excel analysis
- Facilitate JIRA sprint planning and backlog grooming ceremonies
- Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Present findings to leadership using data visualization tools like Tableau
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (2023-2024 graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating academic or personal data analysis projects
