Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Configure and maintain computer peripherals, printers, and network connections.
- Manage software licenses and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and steps taken in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Network Team to identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Storage) and operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) is a plus.
