Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system (ServiceNow or similar).
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and inventory management.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting to ensure seamless connectivity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+) are a plus but not required.
