Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage service tickets using JIRA and ServiceNow platforms
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and cloud applications
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Conduct user training on new IT systems and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional site visits
