Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 200+ employees across hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems, peripherals, and network devices
- Monitor helpdesk ticketing system (ServiceNow) and maintain SLA compliance
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including access management and patch updates
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Fundamental knowledge of OS troubleshooting (Windows/macOS)
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid US driver's license for occasional site visits
