Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on security best practices and new technologies
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Support cloud services (Azure, Office 365) deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues systematically
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Quick learner with passion for emerging technologies
