Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Assist with Active Directory management and user account administration
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Monitor network performance and implement basic security protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA adherence
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
