Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior team on network security initiatives
- Assist with office AV setup and video conference systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
