Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Implement cybersecurity best practices for data protection
- Train users on new technologies and system updates
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various office environments
