Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Participate in cross-departmental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required for occasional off-site support
