Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and cloud-based applications
- Manage Active Directory accounts and basic network troubleshooting
- Document technical solutions in our knowledge base system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Provide end-user training on productivity tools
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
