Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service logs
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection procedures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Deliver user training on new systems and software applications

Qualifications
