Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network infrastructure
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior team on security protocols and system updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
- Support cloud migrations and SaaS application integrations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
