Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for 200+ employees
- Deploy and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals across 3 office locations
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS issues including VPN connectivity and software conflicts
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk knowledge base
- Assist with network printer setup, mobile device management, and cloud app onboarding
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment deployment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional site visits
