Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage help desk tickets using ServiceNow and Jira platforms
- Deploy and configure end-user devices including laptops and peripherals
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic security protocols
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of help desk/internship experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Office 365
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
