Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Assist with network administration tasks under supervision
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware components
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ certification or similar is a plus
- Valid driver's license required for occasional site visits
