Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles

Qualifications
