Your Role

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the provisioning, setup, and configuration of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve helpdesk processes and documentation.
- Conduct regular software updates and security patching on company devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and a basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office in Minneapolis).
