Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Manage user access permissions and account lifecycle
- Participate in system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud platforms (Azure/O365)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during system outages
