- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and verify data into our CRM and internal databases with a high degree of precision.
- Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain digital and physical records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Technical Support: Assist team members with basic troubleshooting and software navigation during training and daily operations.
- Reporting Assistance: Help compile weekly reports and analyze data trends to support decision-making processes.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience is necessary; we train all qualified candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours and commit to the training program.
