Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior analysts to gather and interpret business requirements.
- Assist in the cleaning, organizing, and formatting of large datasets for analysis.
- Develop basic dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data quality checks and identify trends or anomalies.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in weekly training workshops and technical skill-building sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Math, Computer Science, or Business) OR equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites occasionally.
- High school diploma or GED required (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
