About the Role:
As a Junior Customer Success Specialist, you will be the bridge between our innovative technology and our valued clients. You will ensure our users are successful, answer their questions, and advocate for their needs within the company.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through our platform setup process to ensure a seamless introduction to our services.
- Ticket Management: Respond to incoming inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to the product team to help shape future updates.
- Client Retention: Proactively check in with clients to ensure they are satisfied and maximizing the value of our tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical support teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value potential and attitude over past résumé fluff. A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong Communication: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
