- Update customer records in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with key accounts to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of CRM software or willingness to learn.
