Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding calls and training sessions for new clients to ensure seamless adoption of our software platform.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or renew client subscriptions.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales departments to relay critical user feedback and feature requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within our CRM database.
- Assist in the creation of client success playbooks and internal knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
