Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and conduct product training sessions to ensure they achieve immediate value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to provide feedback and improve our software.
- Manage and update customer records in our CRM system accurately.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to drive renewal and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive problem-solver with a high degree of adaptability.
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
