Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on product features and best practices.
- Monitor client health and satisfaction, escalating critical issues to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to resolve complex client needs.
- Document client feedback and feature requests to help shape our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Basic technical aptitude is a plus but not required; we provide full training.
