Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via ticketing systems and live chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) under supervision
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles
- Participate in 40 hours/month of paid technical training
- Collaborate with senior engineers on enterprise projects
- Respond to security incidents following protocols
Qualifications
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (OS troubleshooting, networking basics)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- UK work authorization required
