Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations in federal agency environments
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability scanning and patch management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Maintain compliance with NIST and FISMA standards
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain government security clearance (requires US citizenship)
- Willingness to complete CompTIA A+ certification during onboarding
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
