Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
