Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset configurations in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting projects
- Conduct user training on new software implementations
- Maintain security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn technical systems
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
