Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week of paid technical training covering CompTIA A+ and Network+ curricula
- Shadow senior engineers on client infrastructure projects and enterprise systems
- Practice troubleshooting hardware/software issues in our simulated lab environment
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in rotating rotations across IT support, network ops, and security teams
- Build a professional portfolio with 3+ real-world projects
- Maintain 95%+ attendance and performance metrics throughout training
Qualifications
