Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Set up and configure new workstations and peripherals for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and incidents in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly without extensive prior experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
