Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system outages.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting and security awareness training for staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) within 12 months.
