Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with senior team members on system upgrades and security protocols
- Deliver exceptional user training on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and implement preventative maintenance
- Assist with cloud service administration (Azure/O365)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred, not required)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
