Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing global tech trends, market disruptions, and emerging scientific research
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members for funding alignment
- Drive adoption of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles across all initiatives
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our FutureWorks Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Fluency in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
