- Direct cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation
- Monitor global tech disruptions and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products (2+ exits or major product launches)
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to impact
