Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or innovation leadership with proven track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong background in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience scaling startups or managing enterprise innovation labs
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, PDMA) preferred
